Job Summary:
NetRet Group our looking for NVQ Insulation Assessors, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and assessing candidates' skills and competencies related to insulation work to ensure compliance with National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) standards. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and guide learners through the NVQ qualification process, ensuring they meet the required industry standards in the United Kingdom. You will work closely with learners, employers, and contractors to facilitate the successful completion of NVQ qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct assessments of learners' practical skills, knowledge, and performance related to insulation techniques and systems. Evaluate their progress and provide constructive feedback to help them meet NVQ standards.
Portfolio Management: Review and assess candidates' portfolios, which include evidence of their work and competency in insulation tasks. Ensure the portfolio is well-structured and meets the assessment criteria.
Training Support: Provide guidance and support to learners, assisting them in understanding the NVQ requirements and preparing for assessments. Offer feedback on areas that need improvement and help them develop their skills further.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all assessments align with the current NVQ standards and meet the regulatory requirements set forth by the awarding bodies and relevant authorities in the insulation industry.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and practices in insulation techniques, regulations, and health and safety guidelines. Integrate this knowledge into the assessment process and share it with learners.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of assessment and adhere to internal and external quality assurance processes to guarantee fairness, consistency, and accuracy in all assessments.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized assessment records for each candidate, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are completed promptly and accurately.
Communication: Establish effective communication with learners, employers, and training providers, addressing any concerns or queries related to the assessment process promptly and professionally.
Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance your knowledge and assessment skills in the field of insulation.
