General Conditions
Applying our marks of registration (certification icons) is subject to the NetRet Group Ltd Rules.
NetRet Group Ltd reserves the right to carry out such verification as deemed necessary to confirm continuing satisfactory performance.
Registration does not discharge or lessen an organisation’s responsibilities, statutory or otherwise. Registered companies may only use the level of certification granted to them for the scope defined on the certificate.
The logo must not be applied to laboratory tests or calibration reports, as reports may be deemed to be related to the product in this context.
Any enlargement or reduction shall retain the same proportions as these masters.
Rules for the Use of the Management Systems Mark of Accredited Registration
The appropriate NetRet Group Ltd Management Systems Mark of Accredited Registration shall not be used on product, packaging, documentation, or certificates which could imply product conformance.
The NetRet Group Ltd Mark of Accredited Registration may be uniformly enlarged or reduced but shall not be greater than the height of the member’s own letterhead or logo.
The NetRet Group Ltd Mark of Accredited Registration, when used, will be displayed on the same sheet of paper as the member organisation’s own name or logo. The appropriate NetRet Group Ltd Mark of Accredited Registration shall not take prominence over the organisation’s own name or logo.
The Mark of Accreditation must not be applied to laboratory test reports, certificates, or documents which may bring the certification process into disrepute or make unauthorised claims.
Certificate of Registration
Upon registration, a certificate is issued detailing the organisation’s scope of registration, the organisation’s name and the registration address, period of validation, and registration number. The certificate remains at all times the property of NetRet Group Ltd with its display or use being subject to continued and effective registration.
Any subsidiary companies, site addresses, and activities not included in the certificate of registration or appendix are not incorporated and must not be treated as such.
Publicity
The NetRet Group Ltd Mark of Accredited Registration is restricted to stationery and publicity material which relates to the organisation’s scope of registration.
The organisation may use the certificate number in association with the conformance, or calibration reports as reports may be deemed to be products in this context.
The appropriate NetRet Group Ltd Mark of Accredited Registration shall not be used on any document unless the document relates in whole or in part to activities within the scope of registration.
The registered organisation shall identify the scope of registration to which the certificate applies when using the NetRet Group Ltd Mark of Accredited Registration or Advertising Logo in any context where the scope of registration is open to doubt.
Suspension or Withdrawal of Registration
NetRet Group Ltd reserves the right to suspend or withdraw registration upon evidence of a breach of the certification rules or misuse of the appropriate NetRet Group Ltd Mark of Accredited Registration or Advertising Logo.
NetRet Group Ltd may prescribe corrective actions to remedy the breach within a realistic time limit for implementation, normally one month.
The registered organisation has the right of appeal.
Termination Procedure
Upon termination of registration howsoever determined, the former registered organisation shall immediately:
Cease use and distribution of any stationary or literature bearing the NetRet Group Ltd Mark of Accredited Registration;
- Cease use or application of any of NetRet Group Ltd's icons or logos;
- Return to NetRet Group Ltd the appropriate certificate of registration.
- The former registered organisation has the right of appeal.

- Notification of Changes: A procedure for notifying registered organisations of any changes to the policy is outlined, giving them a reasonable amount of time to adjust their practices accordingly.
- Dispute Resolution: A provision for resolving disputes related to the interpretation or application of the policy, such as through mediation or arbitration, is included.
- International Considerations: Ensure the policy complies with relevant laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where the marks are used.
- Accessibility: Make the policy easily accessible to all relevant stakeholders and provide copies upon request.
- Training and Awareness: Emphasise the importance of training employees and stakeholders on the policy and regularly raising awareness about the proper use of the marks.
- Periodic Review: Schedule regular reviews of the policy to ensure it remains current and effective.
